Understanding our brain and how it interacts with our body as a whole system is key to living a sustainable and meaningful life. Similarly, seeing change from an academic and professional perspective gives us the intellectual confidence to engage with life more completely.
It can be difficult to move forward in life when things don't feel right inside. Healing helps us recognize, validate, and respond to our deepest fears, anxieties, and emotional injuries. It gives us hope that life is possible without pain. During the retreat, we will explore ways to heal.
The human condition craves connection. While we grapple with inner battles daily, we were never meant to face them alone. Connecting with others while working on our own emotional balance gives us the love, support, and strength that we all need to not only survive but thrive.

Sarah is a Change Management professional. She works with organizations undergoing large-scale initiatives, and helps them assess and address the impacts of change on their employees.
"It's tempting to assume that changes will take care of themselves. But when we take the time for change, and manage it intentionally, we can make it transformational."
Jenn is a life expert on change.
"I thrive on change. It invigorates me and inspires me even when it's unexpected. I embrace all the experiences life has given me and love to share my joy with all people."
Jocelyn is a yoga teacher living the simple farm life in Fort Macleod.
"I love how yoga makes me feel. It has kept me strong and healthy physically and helped me through many hard times mentally allowing me a quiet space to feel and process my feeling and thoughts. Anyone can come to a yoga class, as a beginner or advanced, and leave feeling calm, grounded, invigorated and strong."
